Who’s Cooking?
Andrew Weil, M.D., is a world-renowned leader and pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, a healing-oriented approach to health care which encompasses body, mind, and spirit. Combining a Harvard education and a lifetime of practicing natural and preventive medicine, Dr. Weil is the founder and director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. Dr. Weil is an internationally recognized expert for his views on leading a healthy lifestyle, his philosophy of healthy aging, and his critique of the future of medicine and health care.

Diana Weil is the daughter of Andrew Weil. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, Licensed and Certified Dietitian, Certified Integrative and Holistic Health Coach and a yoga instructor. Her approach to diet and nutrition is based on the theory that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves and that food is medicine - an angle she grew up seeing developed by her father. Diana focuses on a whole-person approach to healing. She has a passion for healthy living, food that doesn’t just do good, but also that looks and tastes good.
