Being a mom has changed my life in the absolute best way. And it is such a joy to be able to share that journey with you! Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood are also really vulnerable times, and my hope in creating the Nourished Mama Collective was to create a space where we could chat, support each other, and offer solid, evidence-backed information.
I also created it because I felt that so many of us are trying to navigate this season with a mix of intuition, advice from loved ones, and an overwhelming amount of information online, and it can be hard to know what actually feels right. I wanted a place that felt nourishing, where we could return to basics without judgment.
Thank you for being here, for reading, for sharing your own experiences, and for letting me be part of your motherhood journey. It truly means more than you know.

I really appreciated you calling out how overwhelming the info overload gets - when I was pregnant and postpartum, everyone had opinions about what I should eat and I ended up just trusting my body's cues on keto instead of trying to follow all the conflicting advice. Having a judgment-free space like this where people can actually talk about what works for *them* instead of following some rigid protocol is what we all need during those vulnerable times.
