I am so excited to share something very close to my heart - The Nourished Mama Collective, a new series designed to support women through every stage of motherhood. Whether you are preparing to conceive, already pregnant, navigating postpartum, or raising little ones, you are welcome here. This is also for all the grandmothers, sisters, and friends who want to lovingly walk alongside the mothers in their lives.
I’ll be sharing personal insights, as both a mom and a dietitian. You can look forward to thoughtful recommendations and practical tools that you’ll actually be able to use. Inside The Nourished Mama Collective, you can expect:

About Our Nourished Mama, Diana Weil
Diana Weil is the daughter of Andrew Weil. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, a Licensed and Certified Dietitian, a Certified Integrative and Holistic Health Coach, and a yoga instructor. Her approach to diet and nutrition is based on the theory that everyone has the innate ability to heal themselves and that food is medicine - an angle she grew up seeing developed by her father. Diana focuses on a whole-person approach to healing. She has a passion for helping people live their healthiest lives in a realistic way and for healing food that actually tastes good.
