Dinner today took a bit longer because I made my own veggie broth - actually I made veggie broth by Dr. Weil's recipe. Always use that recipe for veggie broth.

This dish smells and tastes so good. Farro is not something I have used on a regular basis, but I will definitely use it more often in the future.

One question - why press the garlic but let it sit for 10 minutes? I don't remember ever doing that before.
