Getting enough fiber on keto took me a while to figure out, but chia seeds and avocado have been game changers for hitting those numbers without blowing my carb budget. Would love to see some of those recipes adapted for lower-carb approaches since fiber is one thing a lot of keto folks genuinely struggle with.
