Spinach, Avocado and Pumpkin Seed Salad
By using dark leafy greens as a base for a salad, you are already helping to strengthen your nails.
Handful of spinach (or kale or and arugula)
½ an avocado, sliced
Small handful of pumpkin seeds
¼ can of chickpeas, drained
Salad dressing of your choice, with a squeeze of lemon added
Optional: Feta cheese, cubed tofu, cooked salmon or tuna
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
