Sesame Tofu & Edamame Bowl

A delicious bowl recipe that keeps well in the fridge, and offers up a pleasing array of vegetables. You can reheat this in the microwave by adding a an ice cube and covering the bowl - the ice will gently steam the farro or brown rice back to it’s fluffier state after just being cooked.
