Raspberry Lemon Hibiscus Popsicles + Our EVOO Picks
See our fave EVOO choices
Every Friday, we share a quick roundup of products we actually use and love - whether in the kitchen, at the table, or while shopping. These are the tools and staples that make cooking, serving, and clean-up easier and more enjoyable. For our paid subscribers, we’re excited to bring you a fresh new recipe every week. This Friday’s recipe is Raspberry Lemon Hibiscus Popsicles.
We covered a lot of interesting ground this week - we did a deep dive into Olive Oil - including how to avoid fake extra-virgin olive oil - along with a seasonal foods run down and Dr. Weil’s thoughts on fatherhood in Monday’s issue. On Wednesday we gave our takes on shredded cheese and offered up insight into anthocyanins, and today we present a new homemade popsicle recipe that will elevate any picnic, along with our weekly picks. Enjoy!
Homemade popsicles are a great way to get your kids involved while creating a healthier version of a traditional summer treat (that all ages will enjoy!). I think these are perfect for making multiple, smaller popsicles. - Diana
Lucini Premium Select Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
This is the olive oil I use for salad dressings or drizzling on vegetables. Consistent in quality and taste, I recommend this one. - Dr. Weil
Trader Joe's Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
If you are looking for a lower-priced EVOO that still delivers on taste, give this a try. It’s a great price point for decent olive oil that you can use every day. - Diana

Raspberry Lemon Hibiscus Popsicles
These raspberry hibiscus popsicles are easy to whip up and make for a healthy and refreshing treat. You can use fresh or frozen raspberries for this recipe, but I opted for frozen to keep things simple (and affordable). Only requiring four ingredients, these popsicles are easy to customize to your liking. I plan on making these all summer long!
