Cooking mats so you can grill vegetables without them slipping through - a revelation when grilling! I also love these because it separates my vegetarian items from the meat when grilling - plus they are easy to clean up. - Diana
We both love and use these in our kitchens. They are a great alternative to paper towels, made from plant fibers, absorbent and easy to clean. They last for a long time, too. - Dr. Weil and Diana
I like making my own cashew milk (as mentioned in our conversation about raw milk), but you do need a high-powered blender. While a bit pricier, I do think a good blender is worth the investment. This is the one I have and have used for years. A versatile tool you can use for soups, smoothies, nut milks and more. - Dr. Weil
We’d love to hear from you!

Umami Plum Sauce
After making this umami plum sauce, I immediately drove to my mom’s house so she could try it. It’s just that good. Rich with flavor, this sauce would be excellent on pretty much everything - fish, chicken, vegetables, tofu, or just by the spoonful. It would also make for an excellent alternative to barbeque sauce. It’s also simple to make - add everything to a saucepan and gently simmer until the plums are soft.
With plums in season now, give it a try - this will stay good for up to two weeks, so go ahead and make a double batch.
