Eating organic comes with a variety of benefits for your health, the environment, and even the quality and taste of your food. But it can also be difficult to find organic options, and cost prohibitive for many people.

Health Benefits
Fewer Pesticides and Chemicals – Organic foods are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers, reducing your exposure to potentially harmful chemicals.
More Nutrients – Some studies suggest organic produce has higher antioxidant levels and certain vitamins and minerals compared to conventionally grown foods.
No Synthetic Additives – Organic foods are free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors that are commonly found in processed foods.
Better for Gut Health – Fewer pesticide residues may help protect your gut microbiome, which plays a major role in digestion and overall health.
