Why You Started This Challenge: 47% wanted to eat healthier, 38% wanted to eat more anti-inflammatory, and 12% wanted to lose weight.
Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid: 33% want to eat healthier proteins, 25% want to eat more more produce, and 21% want to add more fiber to your diets.
Food Labels: 69% of you read labels when shopping, 18% when dining out, and 2% don’t really look at labels at all.
Refrigerator Refresh: 52% do a monthly deep clean, 20% do it twice a year, and 15% do it less than once per year.
New Year Fresh Start Part 2: Your Relationship With Food
In Part 2 of this challenge, we are slowing down and taking a thoughtful look at your relationship with food. Lasting healthy habits can be much easier to maintain when they’re rooted in awareness and understanding rather than willpower.
This section includes a guided workbook, reflection days, practical insights from Diana, a live Q&A, and additional resources designed to help you reconnect with your body’s cues and build intuitive eating skills. When you learn to recognize hunger and fullness, release rigid food rules, and approach eating with curiosity rather than judgment, choosing foods that support your health can feel more natural and easier.
The goal here is not perfection, but rather to create healthier, more sustainable food choices that support your energy, well-being, and quality of life.
Part 2 begins February 16 and is VIP-only, so upgrade today to access everything in this section and join us for the full experience.

Weil Nutrition Corner™ Product Recommendations
Throughout the challenge, we offered up some products that can help you create a healthy pantry, freezer and refrigerator. Below is a round up of those products, plus some additional recommendations from Dr. Weil, Diana and the WEIL Nutrition Corner™ team - enjoy!
Products to Help You Organize Your Pantry
Over The Door Pantry Organizer. This organizer makes it simple to see all your canned goods at once - and frees up pantry space.
Bamboo Stackable Storage Bins. These storage bins are great for root vegetables like onions and garlic - you can easily see what you have on hand.
Pantry Lazy Susan. These are great for either the pantry or counter top, to store oils and spices for easy access.
Products to Help You Organize Your Refrigerator
Refrigerator Organizer Bins. These storage bins can help keep the healthy items - vegetables, fruits - front and center, so you are more likely to reach for them.
Refrigerator Egg Organizer. You can stack these to save space.
Refrigerator Lazy Susan. These are a great way to store condiments in a small space and free up some door shelves.
Products to Help You Organize Your Freezer
Silicon Freezer Trays. These silicone freezer trays are perfect for storing single-serving leftovers.
Freezer Organizer Bins. Freezer storage baskets can help to efficiently organize your freezer, so you can see what you have on hand - and use up older items first!
Stackable Ice Cube Trays. This ice cube tray and storage bin is great for anyone without an ice maker - simple to fill and storage is built in.
Dr. Weil’s Picks
OXO Vegetable Peeler. These are my favorite vegetable peelers. They hold up really well and are easy to use. I’ve tried different brands in the past, and they don’t work well. I love these.”
Zyliss Susi 3 Garlic Press. Made in Switzerland, this is the only garlic press I’ve found that actually presses all the garlic through. It is a staple in my cooking, in part because I use garlic often.
Kitchen Scissors. Having a dedicated pair of scissors you use only for food is a must. These are designed to come apart for easy washing. I use these to snip herbs, cut pasta, open food packages, etc.
Pizza Wheel. When it comes to pizza, I love this pizza cutter. It is sturdy, sharp, and creates clean lines - good for those who prefer squares or triangles.
Vitamix Blender. A high-powered blender can be a bit pricy, but I do think a good blender is worth the investment. This is the one I have and have used for years. A versatile tool you can use for soups, smoothies, nut milks and more.
Diana’s Picks
Reusable Food Pouches. These reusable pouches are great for kids - easy to fill with whatever your little one is enjoying!
Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is a good extra-virgin olive oil (my go-to oil) that you can pick up at Costco and elsewhere.
Carbon Non-Stick Frying Pan. I love this carbon steel pan as an alternative to my cast irons. It’s a bit lighter than cast iron, which I like.
Lodge Cast Iron Casserole Pan. A well-cared-for cast iron pan is naturally nonstick and can provide extra dietary iron. Unlike most nonstick cookware, where you have to worry about potentially toxic coatings and chemicals leaching into your food (especially at high temps), cast iron only gets more nonstick with use.
