Monthly Round-Up Plus a Look at What's Coming Up (Including Courses and Guides!)
Fun, insightful content to keep you inspired!
As we kick off the second month of the Weil Nutrition Corner™ newsletter, we wanted to send a big thank you to all who have subscribed! The idea for this newsletter came about while we were cooking dinner together one night. Sharing a strong love for nutrition, cooking, and health, we wanted to create something meaningful that combined all these passions.
A few months later, this newsletter became our way to collaborate: sharing nourishing recipes, diving into nutrition topics that matter to us, and offering practical tips and product recommendations to help you cook healthier, feel better, and become more informed along the way.
We hope you've enjoyed the newsletters as much as we've enjoyed creating them!
From standout April posts to what’s on the Weil Nutrition Corner™ menu next - here’s your monthly roundup.
Here are some top posts from April - enjoy!
Please do me a favor and make this one. It’s become my new breakfast obsession. It’s easier than it looks and so worth it. The dressing is made from pantry staples I always keep on hand. If you don’t already stock these ingredients, I highly recommend picking them up - you’ll use them again and again. One of the things I love about this breakfast bowl is that it’s not only delicious but also great for your gut. It’s packed with fiber, micronutrients, and fermented foods (thanks to the kimchi). Try it - I don’t think you'll regret it! - Diana
Eating organic comes with a variety of benefits for your health, the environment, and even the quality and taste of your food. But it can also be difficult to find organic options, and cost prohibitive for many. We did a deep dive into organic foods, complete with our takes on how important it is to buy organic. - Dr. Weil and Diana
We kicked off our Kitchen Skills: Basics and Beyond series with a how-to on sharpening knives. Sharp knives are important for proper slicing and to help prevent injury. A must-watch for anyone serious about cooking! - Diana and Dr. Weil
Our brunch ideas post was a popular one, probably because it offered up some fun and creative ways to host a brunch, as well as ideas on how to let your guests build their own meals - fun for them and it minimizes some of your prep work. The Avocado Toast Station was one of our favorites; give it a try! - Dr. Weil and Diana
