Miso Salmon Farro Bowl

This is a great “family” bowl meal where you can let each person choose their toppings. Swap in tofu, tuna or scrambled eggs for salmon, offer up steamed spinach (or even carrots) as a broccoli alternative, etc. This is also a simple make-ahead meal when entertaining!
