Mediterranean Giant Bean Skillet
Part of our nutritionist-approved Trader Joe’s list, this recipe is a tasty way to get more protein and fiber into your diet.
Ingredients
1 jar Trader Joe’s Giant Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
2-3 cups Trader Joe’s Organic Baby Spinach
1/3 cup Trader Joe’s Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Kalamata Olives, sliced
1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spoonful of Garlic Spread Dip
Handful of chopped Fresh Basil
Optional for serving: Sourdough Bread
Instructions
Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
Stir in the giant baked beans and heat for about 3–4 minutes.
Add the olives.
Top with crumbled feta and a spoonful of garlic spread if using.
Serve with toasted sourdough to soak up the sauce.
