Hi Diane, I am a paid VIP subscriber, but I am not able to access for some reason all the sudden the VIP subscription information. I wanted to download the longevity guide for VIPs and I cannot do so could you please help me out and look up and see what’s going on? I’ve already paid for the subscription up until May 2027.
Hi Susanna! You should still have access. Make sure you’re logged into Substack, sometimes it logs you out and that can be the reason you aren’t able to access the guides. If you’re still having issues email WNC@hlb-health.com and we’ll email them to you.
OK, I’m actually at one of my school stops to pick up a kid so I can’t do it right this very moment but later tonight I will just curious if I got logged out how do I log back in? I don’t understand. I’m not very good with computer computers I’m old-school lol and old lol
