Edamame, Salmon & Whole Grain Stir-Fry
This simple stir-fry combines many of the ingredients suggested to help minimize hot flashes, but it’s also a wonderful option for anyone who wants to eat a high-protein, anti-inflammatory Asian-inspired meal! This recipe does call for sesame oil, which isn’t inflammatory as long as you’re not using large amounts. If you are adamant about not eating any seed oils, just swap it out for avocado oil.
