Creamy Berry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
This berry-rich smoothie provides protein, antioxidants and fiber, for sustained energy.
Serves: 1–2
Ingredients
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries); organic if possible
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ frozen banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
¾–1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
Layer all ingredients into a blender, starting with the milk and adding the berries last.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
Pour and enjoy immediately!
