Hello all!
I’m excited to announce we had our new baby Owen on August 8th. Everything went well, we are healthy and happy if not a little tired!
I’ll be taking some time away from regular Nourished Mama posts to soak up the newborn bubble and settle into life as a family of four. In some ways, having Owen feels less intimidating because I know what to expect, but also more intimidating, because I know what to expect. We know it will be a transition for everyone, but one we’re all excited about.
Thank you for being part of this little community and for following along. Regular posts will paused for a few months, but I will share some reruns and I will pop in from time to time with some new posts and baby updates to share how we’re all doing. I can’t wait to introduce you to our newest little love and share this next chapter with you!
