Blue Cheese Caramelized Onion Pizza
A refreshing pizza take!
Harley and I first had a variation of this pizza when we were in a very small town in Patagonia (not where you’d expect to find good pizza), but it was absolutely delicious. Since then, it’s become a regular recipe in our home.
We use an Ooni pizza oven, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry. You can use a pizza stone or just a regular baking sheet. Homemade pizza dough is often better, but you can find some good options in grocery stores these days.
While it may sound a little crazy, we like to add a few sliced grapes after baking the pizza. My dad thinks we’re nuts and does not think grapes belong on pizza, but give it a try and let us know where you stand!
