Anti-Inflammatory Summer Smoothie
This is one of my go-to smoothies. It’s easy to make, simple, and delicious. Plus, it provides a good amount of natural protein and fiber. For a bit more protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder. I like using frozen fruits in my smoothies, but you can use fresh if that’s what you have on hand. Just add a handful of ice! Taste first, then add sweetener to your liking. You may find it doesn’t need any at all! You can also make this ahead of time - just pour it into an ice cube tray and pop a few out at a time when you’re ready. Let the smoothie cubes thaw slightly, then blend them quickly in the blender.
